I would NOT recommend using Kathy Faber Designs to my worst enemy for their wedding or bridesmaid dressesI was in a wedding in November and Kathy made our bridesmaid dressesWe got our measurements taken in March when I was weeks pregnant and not showingStaff was made aware of my pregnancy and was aware that I would be weeks postpartum at the time of the weddingIn September at our 1st fitting, Kathy and her assistant were shocked that my dress didn't fit me (despite knowing in advance that I was months pregnant trying on a dress made for a non-pregnant body)When I returned weeks prior the wedding, my dress was at least inches too shortWhen asked what could be done, her assistant responded that she couldn't make the floor come upWhen I asked her to re-measure my height, she confirmed that it was the same measurement that was previously takenKathy then had the audacity to blame the discrepancy in height on me being pregnant despite my initial measurements being taken on my pre-pregnant body and the fact that women's height do not change when pregnantThe customer service was deplorable and the worst I’ve ever experiencedKathy was consistently rude when speaking with all members of our wedding party, including the brideShe clearly is unable to use a measuring tape properly and accepts no blame for any mistake that is made by herKathy charged us an absurd amount of money for dresses whose quality was mediocre at best (and that's being generous)There were loose strings all over our dresses, loose stitches at the seam, and I even brought a 2nd dress to the reception in case mine broke (someone else’s dress did break before ceremony!) Kathy acted very cowardly when confronted before and after wedding – often having her assistant fight her battles for herI wrote a lengthy letter to her after the wedding to express my disappointment and she never respondedI am writing to ensure no bride/bridesmaids gets treated as poorly as we didNot worth your time, money, or stress
