this on several occasions over the course of several years. He was initially offered and scheduled for this service according to our availability and current scheduling. At no time during that initial conversation were we advised that the customer was smelling smoke, as we take that very seriously. The customer then called back on 10/**/2015 to advise that he needed the appointment sooner. It was at this time the customer advise that he was also having issues with his heating system. Service was offered for the same day in which the customer declined, despite our recommendation to address this situation ASAP. The customer opted for an appoi ntment on 11/*/2015 instead in which the heating unit was serviced. The copy of the service agreement will be sent again as per the customers request. It is our opinion that this complaint was resolved since the heating unit was indeed serviced as per the customers request on 11/*/2015.
