Review: I have had my taxes done here several times over many years I contacted Kathy [redacted] when I received a notice from [redacted] stating that I was audited for the year of There wasn't enough taken out for local taxI owe When I called Kathy about it she asked that I send her a copy and she would look into it.She never responded to any of my calls emails or i** since thenI received a second notice and now I have received a certified notice that the will attach my wagesI am not workingI am on disability since Nov of 2012.I know I have to pay this amount: I am not sure how just yet, but I willI should not be responsible for the fees and interest that I am being chargedThe amount is This was not my errorKathy is responsible for the mistake and should be responsible for any and all extras fees incurred.She also did my taxes for I have called her numerous times and she kept telling me that she would mail them to meI live miles away and due to illness do not like to drive distancesShe charged me for the taxes and said that I could mail her a check when I received the taxesI have never even seen my taxes for to see if they are done correctlyI do not think I should be responsible for this costI will proceed to get my taxes done elsewhere from now on.I am asking for my taxes for to be sent to me at my homeI am also requesting the amount of $be sent by Kathy's Tax Service to [redacted]Desired Settlement: I do not think I should be responsible for the $cost for my taxes I will proceed to get my taxes done elsewhere from now on.I am asking for my taxes for to be sent to me at my homeI am also requesting the amount of $be sent by Kathy's Tax Service to [redacted]

In response to your recent notice, I would like to make the following comments:
I have known [redacted] for several years (approximately 20) and I am very sorry to see that she felt the need to contact your office regarding my service
Regarding her tax due to [redacted]:
**[redacted] was notified by them as she stated the wrong amount was deducted from her wages and her tax return was calculated incorrectlyWhen she notified me about this, I informed her that I was only aware of 1% rate and apologized for doing her tax return wrongHowever she was responsible to [redacted] for the balance dueShe was advised to contact them as I could not do anything about could not speak for her to make payment arrangements or any relief from charges
Re: tax return:
At the close of tax season last year my husband became seriously ill and is still under constant medical careYes, I am guilty of not mailing copies of her return or billing her for my servicesAlthough my office was closed for business, she contacted me several times during the year requesting me to fax information to banks for her, which I did at no expense to herAs is my policy, if customer is dissatisfied with my service, I do not charge my usual feesTherefore, I am mailing via Priority Mail today the complete copy of her records and the forms filed in her behalf with a personal apology letter
