Kathy's Team

I have used Kathy's Team for the last 9 months. Although the cleaning was reasonably good, not excellent by any means, the deal breaker was the lack of reliability. The first time they cancelled at about the time they were supposed to arrive. Kathy said the girl who was to clean had a car problem. l I asked her to send someone else as I was having company the next day (this will be a recurring theme, unfortunately). Not only did she not do that, she never even called me back. What kind of company doesn't try to substitute someone else, if need be, to get the job done, or go drive the person yourself! There was no apology, no discount on my next service, nothing. I didn't call them back for over a month as I wasn't sure I wanted to continue. Here's the kicker. She recharge me for another initial cleaning (more money) since there had been a lapse in service. Round two: I decide to give them another chance as their cleaning wasn't bad, etc. They did it again, only this time there was no phone call to even say they weren't coming until two or three days later. Again, no offer of a discount or trying to make it better--AT ALL! I spend time getting the house ready when they came and they caused me considerable work for nothing, not to mention I hung around that day hoping they would show up some time. Other times I asked them to come in the morning and they would show up in the afternoon, no explanation, etc. If you want reliability and accountability, go somewhere else.
