Review: This store has ruined several of my shirts. I have tried several times for the last year to get some satisfaction. Initially I was told that the owner needed to resolve the problem. On at least two occasions I went to the store to meet with the owner when I was told that the owner would be present. The owner was never there. One time I was told that the owner was in [redacted] on precisely the day and time that another representative had said that the owner would meet with me in the store.During my most recent attempt to come to resolution I was told that the store had new ownership and that the current owner had consulted an attorney and the attorney said that there was no liability. I am not an attorney so I have no idea whether this is true. However whether there is a legal case or not does not seem to me to be particularly relevant. I was a steady customer for several years. This establishment damaged many shirts of mine. It would seem to me that they would want to sustain a satisfactory relationship with a customer. AT NO TIME HAS ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORE DENIED THAT THE SHIRTS WERE RUINED.Desired Settlement: I cannot wear the shirts. Some were very new and others were not.
