This is the second time I have had this same problem with another window in my houseYou have to call numerous times before anyone comes out to look at the windowThen you have to wait all over again for someone else to come fix itThis time I couldn't get past the receptionistShe even told me

After contract was signed there is a process that needs to happenWe get
all paper work and drawings prepared to submit to the village for permit this
takes weeks to prepareNo construction has been done because client sent email
to cancel contract
No one was authorized to tell client work would begin in
September as it takes weeks to prepare and once paper work is submitted it
could take many weeks for the village to review and may send back paper work
for revisionsWe in no way misled client as to when work would begin, again
there was no way to promise client when work would begin because paper work was
being processedWe could not and would not be able to begin work until the
permit was readyAt that time we would have contacted the client as to when we
could begin the work and would ask client what there schedule would be and then
we could proceedClient was told that there would be a process to get the permit
In September our production manager who is in charge of all projects resigned
so communication did drop off while we picked up where she left off [redacted] was
a window project manager and would be the correct person to speak to regarding
work scheduleOur office did not contact client to let them know that permit was
ready as the paper work was still in processWe are sorry that client took off
this time for vacationThere was no way to blame the village for delays as the
paper work and drawings were still being processedWe in no way tried to cover
up any delays in any wayWe did have delays as a result of our production
manager resigning this is true and this was conveyed to the clientThere was
no work completed on the job site because all paper work was not yet submitted
to the villageKatlia in no way breached its contract with client[redacted]
emailed client that morning to let him know that the paper work was being
brought to the village for submissionThe fact that client emailed us that day
was a coincidenceKatlia in no way ever misled clientKatlia's conduct was

not start let alone complete any work because client wanted to cancel said

We spoke with client and tried to have a meeting with client but they refused to meet to discuss there project and move forward. We received the client's letter via mail. Our goal and intention is to work through our clients concerns and do there project. Thank you, Katlia Construction

To Whom It May Concern: Our project manager has been out to the home three times and determined that this is not a labor or workmanship issue.  This issue is regarding the tiles themselves that were purchased by Mr. [redacted].  There is no moisture behind the tiles; the tiles are holding a...

little moisture causing minimal discoloration.  This is more of an aesthetics issue.  Our warranty covers the workmanship and labor.  Mr. [redacted] personally selected and purchased the tiles prior to the installation on his own as stated in the contract.  We have recommend Mr. [redacted] contact the manufacturer of the tiles and have a representative visit him in home.  We completed a water test on the tiles on site, and within 10-15 seconds we experienced the same result and discoloration that Mr. [redacted] is currently experiencing in the wet area of the shower.   We highly recommend the tile-manufacturing representative to come out onsite to perform the same test on the tiles.  Again, to reiterate this issue is a tile-manufacturing problem.  This is not related to the workmanship or labor. Katlia did not provide the tiles; the customer procured them.  The owner and a tile expert will come out one more time in an effort to satisfy the customer.  We will contact the customer directly.

Made site visit to address some of clients concerns took pictures and discussed a plan of action. There is a 3rd party involved regarding the counter so we will be in contact with the counter company. We are working on resolving these interior of bathroom concerns.Thank you, Katlia Construction
