I recently purchased a set of appliances, a sectional and a coffee table set through Ashley FurniturePrior to delivery, I got a call to confirm the items that were going to be delivered and the customer service center had no record of our couch as we had purchased it from a different store than the appliances which we were assured we would have no issue with when purchasingAfter several calls and an hour later it was sorted outOn the delivery date, we advised the driver and two delivery men that we had just got our new hardwood flooring installed days prior and could they remove their shoes and be extra careful when putting the appliances into the designated spotsThey ended up leaving two huge scratches in our new flooring when putting the fridge inWe talked to several people at customer service who asked for pictures and a quote to fix itOur flooring installer said it would cost us $to fix and Ashley Furniture's response was because we took hours after delivery to report it they would not do anything for usWe had spent nearly $10,at their store and they were not willing to do anything for us or return the items that we had purchased

I Have bought the furniture set and sales man was very positive, but when we cancelled that, they charged us 10% re-stocking feesWe have not been informed by the sales man about anything, infact he told us that you can cancel before hoursLater found out, Yes we can cancel but have to pay 10% re-stocking feesI dont understand Re-stocking fees for what ? The furniture was never delivered or even processedI tried to cancel like a month before delivery

I ordered two sofas and one cocktail table that are light brown in May 5, but they sent me the dark brown ones in May 16,2017.Now I'm getting to do the re-selection and have to pay 10% of restocking feeMy problem is that they sent the wrong color and the store should be responsible for their fault
I should not make any payment.Plus, the furniture is in its original condition

Last month we purchased a small sectional After having it for hours, we noticed that the chaise seat cushion does not go all the way to the back I notified the company right away When Ashley Furniture sent out the repair man to fix the hole in the dust cover (accident in delivery and they called right away to have it fixed), he told me that the chaise frame was broken Customer service informed me that my brand new (broken) chaise was to be repaired, they would NOT replace it Now, after service call #2, the repairman fixed the frame and dust cover, but he can't repair the seat cushion Apparently, the inch gap between the end of the chaise seat cushion and the back of the couch is the design Even adding more stuffing to the back cushion didn't help the gap disappear Based on our experience, I would not recommend Ashley Furniture

brand new furniture delivered with dents and drawers wont close
Bought brand new bedroom furniture and paid over $10K on it but what we received has scratches, dents and drawers wont closeit's like rejected store piecesi called to complain the same night I received the product and was told a technician will come over in daysdays came and went but no technician so when I called them back, I was told oh the servoce request was cancelled because technician didnt enter it properlyso, repeat all your issues and we will see if we can fix or not or if its under warranty! its like buying a brand new car but what is delivered has issues and it's your bad luck you git the wrong car!

Amaing customer experience
Always go to Ashley furniture for my needs as they have great product great value and above all amazing staff

The store sales assured me the bedroom sets I chosed is solid wood but when items are delivered, I found a large portion of the set is manmade wood

Purchased a bed for our daughter on MARCH 26th and paid for delivery and setup, when bed arrived APRIL 8th, it was missing parts and they could not complete set upWe were told someone would contact us that day and arrange for someone to come out the following week with missing parts and to complete setupSomeone did contact us later that to tell us it would be 2-weeks until they got missing parts and could complete setupMan said they say 2-weeks but it would likely be closer to weeksWe were called a few days later and told delivery would be by MAY 5th and called again and told date was changed to MAY 7thToday is MAY 8th and when we did not receive a phone call, I called guest services today to inquire and a lady answered the phone, I gave her my phone number and address and she put me on hold to look into the matterWhen she came back on the phone, she said the parts were received late last nightWhen I inquired why I hadn't received a phone call and that it was now 5:MTN time, (6:her time) she gave me the excuse that the parts needed to go through inspectionI said it was leg posts and what exactly needed to go through inspection? It was not an entire bed that needed to be inspected? The lady said that someone would be contacting me by the end of the day to set up a time to come and finish set upWhen I asked for the lady's name she hung up on me!! This is inexcusable!! We can't understand how bed legs could possible take this long and why wouldn't you take bed legs from another set? Our daughter has been out of a bed for over a month but to be hung up on today was the straw that broke the camel's back!!!

I purchased a sectional from Ashley Furnature in Winnipeg The sectional arrived in my home February of After only weeks of having the piece in our home we noticed problems with the cushions and the material The cushions did not stay in place even after one person sitting on it and the material of the cushions would move and have the cushion appear to be misshapen We called Ashley Furniture because we had purchased the year warranty plan Someone came out to look at it and gave us ways to fix the couch on our own to "help" prevent the cushions from slipping He also told us that our expectations were too high and that I should have done more research as to what I wanted in furniture He told us that we couldn't sit on the edge of the couch and shouldn't slouch while sitting on it After spending almost $we didn't expect that this product would look so warn and used after only a few weeks About a month later and piece of the couch frame broke and we were told by the man who came to repair it that we must have been jumping or something to cause this type of break This man also gave us solutions as to how to fix the problems we were having and told us these are the same problems he hears from others all the time When we purchased the couch I actually asked to upgrade the foam in the cushions but was told they can't do that The man who came to repair it told me that they do have denser foam and will replace the foam cushions once during the year warranty once they cushions become misshapen Why are they selling me a couch that they know will not last me at least years? My husband spoke to them over the phone and they told him they would get back to him but never did Now that it has been in our house months the material is pilling and the cushions are completely misshapen Daily I have to unzip the cushions and re position the foam which is now causing the cushion material to loose its shape and is becoming pulled in some spots I will never buy from Ashley Furnature again!
I have also reviewed this product twice online and they have not published or posted either of my reviews!

We purchased a lot of furniture to fill a homeOur sales person was Jerry CaragaHe was fabulousHe spent hours with us which was appreciated so muchWe also purchased a mattress from JerryHe showed us what we needed and we have been so thrilled with the resultWe will definitely continue to be return customers at Ashley FurnitureThanks for the great experience
