Review: I had prepaid for some furniture and it is defective and not the color I had ordered, it is also defective. It was delivered to my home and once I arrived home to see unit I had contacted Katrina stating this is not what I had ordered her response was this is the color she had in mind for my home and I would love it, calling for further discussion in person showing her the scratches and the defective workmanship she agreed to take the unit back. After that conversation she has refused to return calls or emails to resolve issue.Desired Settlement: refund,exchange.
