To Whom It May Concern,In regards to ID # [redacted] .Mr [redacted] has been to my business several times during the last calendar yearHe is very unsure of exactly what he wants and where it may be goingHe also, requested that I order hats for him in very specific colorsAfter receiving them he decided that he did not want themWhich then prompted my requirement of advance payment for any special order itemsHe also was made aware that orders do not get placed right awayI try to accumulate orders so that not customer needs to pay the overnight shipping for a single or items.In this case, Mr [redacted] started his design with it being on an angle and I was unaware of his change to a straight designhe also requested that it be a 3D puff design which also is different than flat embroidery.The evening he came in to pick up his garment and hatHe made it clear that it should have been straight across and not angledI offered to order a new hat and redo it straight as he would likeI also suggested that he make it slight large as the 3D would show up betterI then asked about the sweatshirt to which he stated that it would be since the fabric would move around and would not look as angledHe requested that I not charge for the embroidery which I obligedI did, however, require payment on the 3D digitizing fee.After, he paid for the fee he then stated he would not be returning and that he didn't need the hatI responded that he could take it with him as I would have no need for it.The next day he had decided that he did in fact want his money back and not to have the product replacedTo which I declined since the night before he was offered a replacement and declined my offer.As a small business, I have most certainly made it my most important mission to give quality customer service and quality embroidery to all my past and future customersIn the last years I have never had anyone make a complaint such as thisI also have not had anyone go online to make untrue statements about my business and post them to Google and my business Facebook page.Regards, [redacted] Kat's Embroidery ShopEnc: Printout of Google Review
