Kat's Kooling A/C & Heating

Review: Kat's Kooling did a proposal for a/c & heating for my resident he came to do the job on May 12,2014, which he was to install a complete system replacement that included 1-5 Ton Gas Furnace w/Coil and Condenser, Programmable Thermostat. All equipment Bryant/ Carrier 13 seer 410a, 1Year Labor Warranty and 10 Years Manufacturer's Warranty on Parts and Compressor for the sum of $4000.00. Almost everything was in place we have a/c but not HEAT so this winter we have no heat because he didn't not complete the job but got PAID FOR IT! Not to mention that his worker put a hole in my ceiling when they was installing the system. I tried calling and texting the company for months so we can have HEAT FOR THE WINTER MONTHS..... I must included that my daughter just had a baby on September 9, 2014 and we still to this day don't have No HeatDesired Settlement: Completeing the job and repairing my ceiling with some of my money back for the big inconvenience for me and my family. I hope this don't happen to nobody else! No Family should have to suffer like this in the winter months nor for the Holiday's...... My warranty to start on the date that everything is finished.
