Review: My son was a patient for Orthodontics. He started out in their [redacted] office, but I transferred him to the [redacted] office because it was closer to our house. Once he was transferred, I ran into a billing nightmare. When he was originally approved through his insurance for braces, I was told it would cover the entire 24 month treatment. Once I transferred him to [redacted], the receptionist was rude and insulting. Even the Orthodontist had to apologize for her behavior. She related to Katsur's billing department that my son was no longer eligible for coverage in the middle of his treatment, so I received a bill. I tried to contact their main billing office located in Florida. A woman named Ashleigh called me back and said my son had no coverage. I contacted the insurance company, and they told me that he was covered for the remaining treatments only and that there was never any billing attempted. I tried to call Ashleigh in billing back, but she never returned my call. This is a common practice with this company. It took me several attempts to speak with her in the first place. I'm still seeing no resolution as I have contacted Katsur's [redacted] office to try and get contact information for Ashleigh's supervisor and I'm being told they don't know who the supervisors in billing are. This has been going on for over a month now, I believe I have made the effort on my part to fix incorrect information and to try to resolve this. They are unresponsive.Desired Settlement: My son still has 7 months left for his treatments. I would like Katsur to fix the problems the receptionist in [redacted] created and finish his treatments as appropriate.
