We immediately issued a repair authorization upon hearing that there was an issue with the plantation shutters We scheduled an appointment to do the repair, but when the repairman reached the gate, it was locked and the customer was not available and so he was not able to get to the home to do the repair We followed up another time, but did not get a response I called her last Monday after I received the complaint and offered to repair the shutters or to pay for the repair (she was going to have someone else do the repair) I have called her and left numerous messages for her to follow up and unfortunately have not been able to get a hold of her to resolve this issue I gave her my cell phone number to call me at her convenience
