Hello,On September 29th we contacted Mr [redacted] to see if he received our Agreement for him to look over, sign and return pages 5-along with his 1/down depositWe did do a small landscaping project for Mr [redacted] on October 8thOn October 9th we let him know that we were going to add another plant that weekend and that his remaining balance was $1,In our Agreement it states that if the remaining balance is not paid within days there is a $late fee added per day until the balance is paid in fullOn October 16th [redacted] said he mailed the check On October 22nd we let Mr [redacted] know that we did not receive his check yetOn 10/we let him know that today is the 10th day and tomorrow will start the late feesOn October 27th Mr [redacted] emailed us back and stated that he could not pay us until he got paidSo one day he said he mailed his check and then days later he tells us that he can't pay us until he gets paid, so he lied when he said he mailed his check on the 16thDuring the week of October 25th - 31st he was emailed several times letting him know that he had not received his payment and that the late charges were increasing dailyOn October 30th [redacted] stated that he mailed the check 1st class We were in the process of moving out location but we started the mail forwarding process to start on October 17th so even if he did mail his check to our Westheimer location it would have been forwarded to us at our new locationThe forwarding process only takes 1-days longer than regular mailAs of October 30th Mr [redacted] has paid his remaining balance but has not paid his late fees [redacted] has stated that he will not be paying anything extra even though he signed an Agreement that stated the late fees We would alos appreciate it if his attachment of our Agreement be removedIt is a legal document and we don't feel that it needs to be posted on Revdex.com.Thank You,Katy Landscaping
