I called *** *** Movers from *** and scheduled a moving crew for 6/25/When the movers arrived the were not *** *** movers, but Moving Stars, Incfrom Houston, TXThey moved my furniture and made me sign and pay before allowing me to view furniture or unload the furnitureOnce the movers left everything seemed to be in good condition until putting together my bed frame only to find that my foot board was completely split openWhen I found this I more thourghly inspected all other furniture, to find that EVERY piece was damaged in some wayI have filed a claim with the company and I am awaiting response at this time

I have only received from them the TV stand for the television they broke, and the television cord for my other TV that they lostAll other items/issues have not been resolved and they are not returning any of my telephone calls
The receptionist told when I booked my appointment to move from one house to another house that I was reserving and paying to rent a FOOT truck/vehicle which will move a full bedroom home with a game room, study and outside patio furniture and garage items and it would be moved in one tripWell I only had a bedroom home with only beds, king size and I queen size, and a desk & couch in my 3rd bedroomTheir were guys that showed up to move me, which is what I requested, Their names were *** *** , and another young guy (not sure of his name)but was very lost and slow
I was told by *** the truck was full and I still had furniture and items left in my house to be moved, he and Larry argued because *** didn't want to load my washer and dryer on the truck, Larry told him it would fit so more time was wasted while they argued until they decided to go ahead and load them
I payed them $to move me and I still had to rent a truck the next day on

they are located in [redacted].The company we hired is:[redacted]PLEASE NOTE: We called [redacted] to book the move and the person on the phone represented themselves as [redacted]. We went to [redacted] to clear this up, and discovered they are no longer in business. However, if you call their number [redacted], someone answers and represents themselves as [redacted]. That's who we thought we were getting. But we noticed the receipt says Moving Stars, Inc. We have since discovered that apparently the owner of Moving Stars, Inc. is [redacted]. Now when we call Moving Stars, Inc. they refuse to give us their location.

we have returned the missing items left on the truck to this customer and have a open claim on her in regards to any damages she may have.
