(13) years and have never had a complaint on the quality of my jewelry. We have a policy that is on the receipt that we will be glad to change the particular item with anything else in the store. We were prepared to do so and she became abusive and made a scene in front of our other customers. Naturally we tried to appease her but she refused and was belligerent. She insisted that the necklace had an allergic reaction to her skin. We had no reason to believe that this necklace caused the allergic reaction or if she was allergic to silver. She kept the necklace for two weeks and did not advise us about this until that day and again she was so belligerent that she would not be reasonable. Again we would be more than happy to have her exchange for another item in the store. Our policy states that if you decide that is not the item you are happy with than you have thirty days to exchange for another item in our store. Enclosed please find a copy of our receipts that we give our customers.
