The consumer is contacting the wrong location concerning this problem I have talk to the correct location and he needs to contact the Dublin Granville Road store where he purchased the wheels as this is the main street store I have talk to MrDwayne b*** and Kelli about this they will help the customer with getting different wheels if necessary
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI accept this answer as long as I will not be responsible for paying for a different set of wheels as well as the ones I have already purchased
I was not informed that my car would have a constant shake sure to switching to an aftermarket wheel, or I would not have purchased the wheels. After I called and informed them of the issue they then informed me they can rebalance them, which I've had done several times, and the issue hasn't been resolved. I've put 4 brand new tires on and that hasn't resolved the issue either so the problem is that the rims are not a proper fit for the car, which I would not have purchased had I been properly informed that there could be issues.
