For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The carpet did not have a dog odorThe dog lived there for year maxI have attached the flaws sheet that I filled out when moving inWhy did Blue Frog advise they were going to come out and measure for new carpet on several occasions, if the carpet is in excellent shapeBlue Frog did not? submit me the year that carpet was purchasedThe age of the carpet would be important informationAlso, the move out requirements stated carpet had to be vaccumed only, not professionally cleanedThe fact they do not have a lease with me, as noted in their letter response, I am unsure why I am liable for any chargesI agree there was cleaning that had to be done there, that I did not get too.? I have contacted Bellevue Water Deptas they have been paid twice now? I left a message for a call back, to see if they will either refund Blue Frog or refund myselfI am willing to accept the $refund issued to me from Blue Frog and close this complaint.? ?
