Review: Ordered a product from Kaufmann Mercantile on May [redacted], 2015. Details on their website stated that the product would be delivered in 4-5 weeks. Today is September [redacted], 2015 and my order has yet to ship. It's been nearly 5 months. Although at one point customer service was attempting to communicate problems they were having with their supplier, they are no longer responding to my requests for order information. Terrible overall experience that remains unresolved. If I could file a complaint against both delivery and customer service issues I would.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I ordered and was promised to be delivered immediately.

Review: I placed an order on Kaufmann Mercantile's website on [redacted] and received an order confirmation. My CC was charged on [redacted] for the purchase. On [redacted] I emailed customer service to inquire on shipping notification and timeline, and received an auto-responder that within 24-48 hours I would hear back. I emailed again on [redacted], and left a VM on [redacted] - and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a response to my inquiry and a refund at this point.

Review: Placed an order online Dec. **, 2015. Charges placed on credit card same day (posted Dec. **, 2015). To date have not rec'd any merchandise from Kaufman Mercantile. Have placed calls and many emails with no return calls or responses. Have not been able to talk with anyone, all automated messages.Desired Settlement: Disgusted and disappointed with their lack of customer service, I would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered a $100 gift card on December *, 2015, using the Kaufmann Mercantile website. The gift card was to be sent to my friend in California as a housewarming gift. She hasn't received the card and my two emails, two [redacted] messages, Instagram comments, and five voicemails to Kaufmann Mercantile have not been returned.

Further, I was charged tax for my online purchase. My call about that concern was immediately answered on December * with a promise that my [redacted] account would be credited for the tax. There's no card for my friend and there's no refund for me.

Failure to proved the paid for item, failure to respond to numerous attempts to resolve the problem, and failure of general decency have all led me to file this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the money I paid to be refunded: $108.95

Review: On December [redacted] I placed an order for a gift card in the amount of 200.00. The order was confirmed and the amount was charged to my [redacted] card. When the order had not arrived by December [redacted], I contacted Kaufmann Mercantile by phone and by email multiple times. The only response was an automatic reply via email stating that they were busy and would reach out as soon as possible.

As of a week later, December [redacted], I have still received no response and the gift recipient has still not received the gift card.

When I went on social media to complain I found this was a very common problem with this company. I have asked for a response today but have still not heard back from them. I have filed a dispute with [redacted] also.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded. I do not intend to do business with this company ever again.
