KAuto BrokersBerryhill StreetMilan, NM 87021Owner- [redacted] In response to the complaint regarding "repair issues".My customer text me Saturday March 14th at 10:pm regarding a problem with the Big Dog MC he purchased on March 13, 2015.The customer was happy with the purchase at the time of delivery and also still happy after he rode the bike and came back a few hours later to sign off on his trade title On Sunday the 15th I responded with repair options that included me paying for the repairs at no cost to the customerI would give him/customer the money to repair it himself with his own resources or bring it to me and I would have it fixed and brought back to him after it was fixed at no cost to himHe brought me the bike Sunday and I transported it to my MC shop in the Albuquerque area on TuesdayThe independent motorcycle shops I have a business relationship with, are closed Sundays and MondaysThe motorcycle was diagnosed Tuesday and parts were ordered for the repairAs soon as the repair was completed correctly, my shop using [redacted] specs, I trailered the bike back to Milan for delivery on Thursday March 19th, The customer picked up the bike in the afternoonOn Monday the 23rd of March the customer text me again at 6:55pm regarding another problem with his MCI said that I would fix the bike at one of my motorcycle shops at no cost to the customerI was out of town that week till Thursday am and stated I would pick the bike upThursday am and get it fixed as soon as possibleI didn't get any response from the customer until the next day, Tuesday when he stated that he was getting it fixed himselfThat was not what I had agreed upon, if he wanted me to pay and fix the motorcycle at no cost to himI had a vehicle for him to use until his motorcycle was fixed, this service is not a mandatory serviceThe customer took upon himself to have his motorcycle fixed himselfI still agreed to pay for the parts only to fix his bikeI agreed to pay for the parts only as he was using his own guy to fix his bike and not allow me to have one of my shops in the Albuquerque area fix the bike at no cost to himI have pictures of the first repair showing the bike was repaired correctly according to [redacted] specs.I still have the $for the customer to more than cover the costs of the partsThe customer will only communicate through text and not answer my phone calls or call me back.Regards,KAuto Brokers
