Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] *** because he is lieing his/the mechanic was supposed to be back in days not a week after waiting patiently and being lied to constantly for over weeks and the car wasn't fixed was then that I asked for my money back he offered to credit 100$ of the balance after I told him constantly I was paying for insurance on a car that I didn't have in my possession
[redacted] This is *** from Kauto we're trying solve the problem with our customer which is our best is customer satisfaction she went purchase the vehicle As is she bring her husband test drive the he car everything was fine and she said if you please look to see what you can do for the top Convertible were part of the vehicle honestly with the amount the car we sold we already not making the enough for the cash asking price which she was preparing to purchase a vehicle as a beginning with cash then she turn it to had and it would have paid there is the remaining balance for beginning of tax return time then she is stretch it for another months which is to end up the March but she was asked if you can fix the top part of the vehicle I told her I am not a mechanic I have a mechanic is out of the country works on our cars she said I'm not in a rush and I do have a vehicle and transportation at this time and her husband was the Witness, we wait until the mechanic when he came back in a week later would purchase the other product need it for fixing a convertible part of the vehicle convertible top was for confined customer said one side of the heater not below hot air enough we said no problem will take care of that too which she was really panic you understood which she for the winter she need to get it warm as the way she needed!!!! Also for meantime due to she was waiting for this moment I give her $courtesy credit to her first initialize payment deducted from the whole amount Finance and she said , after spending over $1,to the car completed and we resolved she in the last moment coming and said nope I need my money back I told her we already spend this much money to fix the problem was existing and you already know and you already know someone works on it now the deal is completely clear we fix what you need and the car is in the represent condition as what she was request but she will not even return our call attempt to reach her by phone with him to reach her by text we left a message for herself her husband unfortunately if she not communicate I cannot resolve the problem as well she did not make in a single payment after the down payment !!! Does she know I told the down payment would not refundable if you want to me go through all these things to be fixed and we done what we are promised !!! Please let me know how can I help but she need to communicate without the communicate I can't resolve the problem she welcome to call to my office [redacted] Thank you
