Prior to the receipt of your complaint by my office, a refund check was issued to [redacted] on November 17, fur the unused portion of' her initial deposit for legal services pertaining to a post-paternity matterAttached is a copy of the check and the letter sent to Ms [redacted] with the refund.Ms [redacted] falsely rcported to you that no services were provided to her by my officeAttached is a billing statement showing all services and expensesPlease note that her second check to my office was returned due to insufficient funds and later replaced by her.At no time did t refuse to speak with Ms [redacted] nor did she send any emails requiring my personal responseMs [redacted] requested that her case he placed "on hold" and then she vacillated and continued to communicate with my office before finally deciding not to proceedMoreover, as to "rudeness", she was extremely rude to my staff.Given the above and attachments provided with this letter, there is no basis for her complaint Very truly yours, Kavadias & Associates, P.C.Tula KavadiasAttorney at law
