At this time, I have not been contacted by Kavaja Home Improvement Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted].
All my efforts to try and resolve this matter have been ignored by said business.
In fact I had to...
recently hire another home improvement contractor to make emergency repairs in my home due to the water damage directly caused by the partial and incomplete work of the contractor I am complaining about herein.
This has been a very tiring, costly and unfortunate experience for me.

Review: [redacted] hired and paid in full a home improvement contractor this summer, who started a home improvement job and maybe less than 1/3 through the job just stopped coming to the house and in fact he left some of his tools. [redacted] called the contractor and texted with him many times. The contractor seems to have disappeared after telling [redacted] that there was some illness in his family. The last contact with the contractor was around 7/*/14 and that was via text. That # eventually changed names to another business when you call. No one picks up that # any longer and it just takes voice messages. A call by [redacted]'s lawyer recently to a phone # found online for the same company noted on the signed contract had another individual picking up and rudely saying he has no idea who [redacted] is and said person just hangs up.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or at least a partial refund when taking into consideration the partial work done by this contractor. If this contractor is willing to finish the job I would prefer that.
