It was found the car had new damage on the lower bumper cover valance (pulled away and downward from lower part of bumper on the left side, same side that was pulled away from vehicle.)? There was a? rock or piece of concrete jammed in between the lower valance? and the bumper? cover.? ? ? There were new scratches, scrapes and abrasions on the left and center area on the bottom of the bumper cover.? The left side of the bumper was pulled forward and out of the side retaining bracket on left fender and the retaining screw hole was torn out.? Left fender liner was missing.? There were new scratches on the sub frame that are? the same type of scratches found on the bumper cover in exact proximity to the bumper cover scratches.?
