First off and for most I would like to apologize for the way the customer feels. I can assure you the the information posted does not depict the events that actually took place. The customer was traveling with 2 other customers "3 separate...

packages" and all customers were made aware that its against police. Our company strives to guarantee customer satisfaction. We have our activation's manager call this customer multiple times "calls are recorded" and explain the issue. The customer understood that they would not receive the gifting because it was NOT a qualified package due to being against policy. We also worked closely with our client in the location to try and go above and beyond for the customer. Our company went to the point of giving this customer a free trip to use after they returned home and the customer was satisfied. We feel this issue is not accurate and should be removed seeing as how we have all the documentation that clearly explains to the customer the terms of our packages, and the outcome that took place. There was no surprises.

I was not aware of any policy. My wife and I traveled to Branson by ourselves in our vehicle. No one rode with us, we went straight to the welcome center once we got to Branson by our self.
We were told we would receive a packet in the mail for 100.00 visa card and a free weekend in motel of our choice when we got home from Branson. we did receive it but we were not told we had to send the packet to Florida and register it and sent a 100 dollars to them before we could ever receive it. We couldn't even do that the packet info was sent in someone else's name in Oklahoma. We called them and they sent another packet in our name this time but Florida said the certificate number XXXXXXXXX was no good according to them.
The two people I spoke to, the one that sold me the packet and the lady are no longer there with Marketing one.
I feel like the contract I have in my possession was not honored and if you promise someone something you need to deliver .
