Kawran Bazar Supermarket

Review: I bought some grocery from Kawran Bazar Super Market on November **, 2013. I paid(an amount of $117.98) with my Debit Card of [redacted]. They swiped the card, the transaction got approved and just at that time suddenly their computer shut down. Then,the cashier informed me that the transaction had been done but due to computer failure she could not give me the receipt. Then she talked to her [redacted] and the [redacted] came in about 45 minutes later and declared that the transaction was not complete and I need to swipe again. He also assured me that if in the Bank statement I find that the money had been paid twice, he would give it back. I was persuaded to swipe again and pay again($117.98). In the next Bank statement, I found that the transaction had been done twice. When I contacted Kawran Bazar and informed the situation, the [redacted] vehemently refused to give my money back. He talked to us(I and my husband was there) in an arrogant manner with a knife on his table. He said that he got the money only once. We talked to bank and they made sure that Kawran Bazar got the money twice. Now, in this situation, we want your help to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: I want to get the extra money($117.98) back that has been charged. I also want that the Kawran Bazar Supermarket will apologize for their irresponsible action, falsification of information and for the arrogant behavior they did to me and my husband. Also, they will have to promise that this kind of action will not happen to anyone in future.
