complaint to the Revdex.com. Please be advised that Mr. [redacted] did not sign the lease and is not even responsible for this debt, I have spoken to his daughter. [redacted], who is on the lease and she asked me to talk to her father. Ms. [redacted] did receive a breakdown of charges and I once again sent her a copy of the breakdown of charges on February 22. 2016. Ms. [redacted] was very rude on the phone and Mr. [redacted] was also rude. The records indicate that rent was not paid for August of 2015. In addition. there was over 51.000.00 of repairs that were done to the apartment after she vacated. There were still water bills that also were not paid. After crediting the account with the security deposit and a $408.00 payment, there was still a balance of $1,005.26. The breakdown was explained and there were absolutely no threats made to the [redacted]'s. I do not know what threats he is alleging. If they have already paid or have some good reason why this is not owed, be happy to adjust the balance owed. However, at this point I find no information that changes the balance owed. This file is now being handled for Settlers Landing by their attorney Joseph S[redacted]. Should Ms. [redacted] decide to remedy this situation they can contact Mr. S[redacted] at 216-941-5566. I have been handling public relations and collections for Goldberg Companies who owns Settlers Landing. Goldberg Companies has been in business over 40 years and has a fine reputation in the industry as they build, own and manage all of their properties. for the company that owns Lake Cable Village. Thank you for your inquiry of February 8, 2018 regarding the above** [redacted] vacated the apartment the beginning of January 2017 and their lease did not expire until the end of February 2017. When they vacated they owed $1,755.00 of which they finally paid $1,390.00 leaving a balance of $365.00. We recently sent a letter showing the revised balance of $365.00. I am enclosing a copy of the letter for your review. I don't know why this bill has not been paid as the guardian stated she had no problem paying it. I have spoken to [redacted], the guardian, several times regarding this matter.
