Review: I paid nearly $200 for new lining and new pockets in a winter coat. They failed to replace the lining in the pockets and on the pocket flaps. They refused to fix their mistake and offered to fix their mistake for an additional $40.Desired Settlement: Refund and apology for being greedy.
