[redacted]Their response is not true. They explained to me that they did not take my insurance and I would have to pay for the full amount up front. They explained that they would still try and submit it and I may be reimbursed if they approve the claim. They told me the total cost which I paid and after I left the facility it seems if they realized they made a mistake and sent me a bill for an additional amount which is not ethical or legal at all. I will certainly do everything I can to fight this as well as let other potential victims know of this unethical practice that was exhibited during my experience. [redacted]
