I received quality service from Kay Plumbing on 6/13/ The plumber, ***, was very friendly and professional He let me know in advance his expected time of arrival and gave me an honest and fair appraisal for replacement of my garbage disposal He showed me a number of disposal replacement options and clearly explained the Kay Plumbing extended service agreement, should I choose to accept it We also discussed possible repairs in other areas around the sink and *** helped me prioritize the need for other updates
I am satisfied with the overall experience and feel that I received excellent service at a fair price I would definitely consider Kay for further plumbing service in the future

VERY BAD SERVICE We have a tankless water heater,the technician came to our house and charged us for the wrong diagnose;he said it was a problem of low pressure or maybe the sensor(he wasn't sure)On top he wanted more money to repair it than the actual cost of the water heaterNext day a true technician repair it for half of what he wanted and it was not the sensor, actually it was a problem with the elements and because of high pressureNothing to do of what he saidThey charged me $for the visit ,plus $for the diagnose and when I call the company to complaint the owner Konrad told me not to call there anymore

Kay Plumbing has very competent, knowledgeable technicians and they are very prompt in answering our needs They do a very good and thorough job

Excellent customer service Kay repaired our broken tankless water heater They are one of the few in the area that said they work on tankless water heaters First they fixed the broken pump motor But a month later our heater was broke again It had been leaking Kay replaced the whole unit without charge because they hadn't fixed the heater correctly the first time Kay was courteous and respectful the whole time

I did not know which plumbing Svc to do a leak at my water meter on residence side. The prior reviews with no negative history and the about Kay plumbing was deciding factor on their o terrify, honesty and professional work. Brian the tech was outstanding, kept me informed on process and price. No changes to estimate given and I decided to get the gold protection agreement. Cost was fair, I sent picture to husband who responded back the work done was very professional. I would highly recommend Kay plumbing g to anyone especially friends & family.
