I am sorry about not being able to reach usBrandon and Zac handle about 200+ calls per day so sometimes we miss callsEmail does work better to reach usIn what way was the spring defective? they are extremely difficult to break or be defective since they are metalFeel free to call me

and I am really sorry that we messed up. We obviously do a pretty good job considering this is the first negative review in years, but there is always room for improvement. I really hope you all have a great Christmas!
