ID 12776500, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have received the refund as of today 4/6/18 and it is finally showing as a refund back to my credit card. Thank you for those at the Revdex.com of NC for assisting me with this issue. It has been resolved and no further action is necessary.
