We recently had a 10'x17' [redacted] deck installed (May 25, 2016) by Kayem Construction under the direction of Mario K[redacted]. Mario's company framed many of the new 55 and over homes in our development. So when it came time to build a patio or a deck, I chose Mario over several patio contractors. Mario is very accommodating and was prompt with his appointment.His crew was excellent. They had to do a lot of handwork as no equipment was allowed on the lawn. Other contractors balked at this as they wanted to bring in trucks and backhoes. One day was set to dig and pour the piers and the second day they framed and installed the [redacted]. The crew, with Mario, cleaned up the site.
My next project is to frame in a 3 season room as I will be asking for a quote from Mario.
I would highly recommend Kayem Construction for your home improvements.
