Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that I need a new mattress since the springs are caving in on the sides and it is difficult to sleep in the bed, sit on the sides as well trying to get out of the bed. Hi yes I went out the first time at the end of april to inspect the mattress upon inspection I didn't see anything wrong with it so I told *** that I would send someone else just incase I missed something so on the 13th of may kayla went out to inspect took pictures and told
*** it wouldnt meet the manufacture warranty because she didn't see anything wrong either but she would see what she could do when explaining to *** that if they did indeed replace the bed it would be the same style she made it clear she wanted a different mattress all together from a different manufacture *** bought the mattress May 9th of and not months ago the mattress has a year manufacture warranty that covers body impressions over inch in the sleeping area we have a no refund or exchange policy and a clear only manufacture warranty signs posted I have attached pictures of our store policy and the receipt for when she purchased the mattress we were not avoiding *** or the complaint we were un aware of this complaint itself until 5/30/please let me know if there is anything else I can do thanks

I purchased a mattress months ago and springs on both side slumps downI called and a representative came twice but nothing has been done
