Review: I ordered a wedding gown two months ago. I paid in full. Were supposed to send gown in May. They have not replied to any of my emails in over a week.

I came across their site in google. They are one of the top sites listed. I ordered a wedding gown from them. I was contacted everyday by their customer service asking if I wanted to buy the dress. I confirmed and sent them my measurements. they told me to send the money via western union to china to a [redacted] I paid for the dress in full by April. They told me they needed 30 days to make the dress and 3-5 days to ship it. It has been two months since I paid and I do not have the dress. It takes weeks for them to reply to my e-mails, and when they do all I get is we are still processing your dress it will be delivered on time. The problem is, "on time" was May. Not only are they late, but they do not respond to notify me of the situation. I e-mail them everyday at least 5 times a day. The last e-mail I got from them was June 4th. Today is June 11th. When I ordered the dress, they told me I had to pay by western union. However, their site states that they accept Paypal. I contacted Paypal to ask about their business with them but no one has contacted me about it. My wedding is in three weeks and I do not have my wedding gown yet. They scammed me and I want to make them send me my money back so I can buy another gown somewhere else. Desired Settlement: I either want my dress expressed to my home within the next week or I want a full refund plus money for the gown I have to know go out and buy and pay extra to have it made in two weeks (express).

It cost me $50.00 to send them the money through western union. I emailed them from a different email address pretending to be a new customer and "[redacted]" replied within hours. Yet, my emails from the original email address haven't been answered in over a week. Last time they answered was June 4th and all they said was my dress is still being processed and it will be delivered on time. On time was May 31st, theyre already late. My wedding is in 10 days and now because of Kaylees bridal scam and failure to respond, I have to go out and Pay retail price for a gown and pay extra costs I will incur to rush the whole order.

Review: I order a wedding dress and was promised a veil and gloves with my order. It was advertised as free with any wedding dress order.

I placed an order, #XXXXXX ON-XXXX-XX-XX for-USD 399.99, WesternUnion Online, with Kaylee's Bridal for a wedding gown on and was told that I would receive a free veil and gloves with my order. Also, I was promised that it would be shipped by a certain ship date. Not only did the dress not ship by the original promised ship date but I did not receive the free veil and gloves with my order and the dress was damaged, it had tears and the beading was falling off! I contacted them several times in regards to my complaint and I was simply ignored. They advertise 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and the promotion of the free veil and gloves with order. I have yet to receive any veil or gloves and no responses to my request. In addition, I have followed their return policy, "We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping times. Your requests must be received within 24hours after we receive your order by email" and I did everything that they have asked and still no response. I am very upset and disappointed with this company and I feel that it is unfair that they advertise and promote these promises and they are simply not true. I truly feel that I am not the only victim.Desired Settlement: My wedding is fast approaching and I have already begun to have another company fix the problems with the dress. This has cost me additional money. Also, because I was expecting to receive a free veil and gloves I did not included that in my original budget. Now I have to purchase these items. It is totally almost the original price of the dress!!
