My vehicle had a check engine light come on, kayos changed a spark plug and did a fuel induction service for 300$ which I read is basically a scam.I brought my 2005 jeep liberty in with a flashing check engine light with rough idling and running. They changed the spark plug of the misfire and did a fuel induction service for a total of 292$. The problem persisted an they now said it had a leaking intake gasket, which would cost me another 200-350$. I told them I didn't need the fuel induction in the first place to find the issue with my car and he said it was a maintenance service that must be done before diagnosis. I felt taken and will never go here again because of their poor service and repair.Desired Settlement292.00

I have taken my car to this repair shop three separate times. On every occasion there has been something wrong with my car or something else goes wrong involving what was repaired. More recently, my serpentine belt went out along with my water pump. This happened Sunday Moring 29th December traveling from [redacted]. The timing belt was replaced by Kayo's auto repairs back in April. It was recommended that I changed the water pump as well. The cost of labor would be the same and it was around time to change it. I said go ahead and I was charged for the water pump. The repair shop, [redacted] auto repair in **, worked on my car that Sunday and I was told that the water pump didn't look new and am not sure if the serpentine belt was new or not. I am frustrated and I rather not deal with them anymore. The repairs to my car cost me $1167 in repairs that I shouldn't have had to pay if they did their job right the first time. I do understand that they have a 90 day warranty policy. I would standby that had it been the first time.Other incidents. My rear differential was repaired and for some odd reason every time its hot out or I turn on my AC all the lights in regards to my drivetrain comes on. This issue is on going not sure what's wrong with it.The next incident. I had my clutch replaced that works fine but when I picked up my car, as soon as I drove off my check engine light came on and the car sounded different. Right away I guessed they may not have replaced my the donut ring that goes between the exhaust and the down pipe. This part on most cars should be replace every time the exhaust is separated.I got to my house and look under my hood. There I found a tool (magnetic retriever) on top my intake manifold, There was a lose motor mount, hanging fuse and a broken air valve that was fixed with epoxy that never held. I was told that this part(air valve)always get broken when removing them. If that's the case they should have replacements on hand.
