HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE. After paying (extra) for a dress in February to arrive at my door by June 6th at the latest, not only has it still not been shipped out but the customer service department is M.I.A.--truly a miserable experience. After many voicemails, emails, and a Facebook review, I threatened to involve a lawyer. This finally got a response, although shortlived, as they refused to refund me and have since gone back to their comatose state of non-responsiveness.
