In response to the most recent complaint, we have our policies stated and posted upon entering thesalonOur policy states that we do not refund for services for customersWe will fix any services thatthe customer is unsatisfied with within days of the initial service.We told the customer that we
would be able to fix the issue the following day due to the salon beingclosed when she walked in and she proceeded to request for a refund which is against our policyThecustomer never returned the following day, which we would have been more than happy to fix theservices for her

I will not return to the location, and will only accept a $7 refund.
