Kay's Puppy Love

It is clear that the breeder is very angry that I am asking for verification of  my dog's lineage.  She is obviously not able to prove that the dog I purchased from her is a pure bred or this would not be an issue. This whole thing is just silly, frankly. All she needs to do is provide me with the parents' registration numbers. Since she will not do that, what other conclusion can I reach, but that no such numbers exist?   In fact, I did question her when I saw the mother when I bought the dog as the mother looks like a Scottie more than a Cairn.  I was warned not to buy from her by several dog people, but I was desperate to replace a dog I had who had just died. I only raise that because there is no other reason in the world why she will not give me access to the parentage of my dogs so that I may obtain the papers myself. The CKC has told me that they have no record of her as a breeder. I love the dog I bought from her whether he is pure bred of not. However, I paid for a pure Cairn. My next call is to CKC to report her.  Thank you for your time, Better Biz Bureau. I would like this complaint kept on file. It is likely you have others about this "breeder."

I have received copies of Ms.[redacted]'s additional insistences that I run my business the way she wants, rather than the way I wish to.  I have also received -- and I am trying not to laugh- of her vet's UNSIGNED proof of neutering.  That's just a piece of paper anybody could type up and print off!For the last time, and I will try not to use big words so Ms. [redacted] can understand, we have a SIGNED contract and the entire agreement is within the four corners of the document.  Mrs. [redacted], nor I, cannot arbitrarily (that means just decide to do it and that makes it so) change a written and signed contract after the fact.  If I made an exception for her, my contract would be reduced to no value, because I would be forced to make exceptions for everyone for everything they demanded.  I can't, and that's why we have contracts.  The Revdex.com, of all groups, should understand contract law.Ms. [redacted] even met momma in person, and saw other pups and pictures of mom and dad after the purchase. The heritage of this purebred dog was never in question until after she threatened me with a smear campaign because I wouldn't do what she wanted.  I jumped through enough hoops to satisfy her.Again, we have a contract, which I have submitted, and my rebuttal to all of her ridiculous claims and threats can be addressed by reading this evidence, which will be upheld by any court of law.Ms. [redacted]'s bullying techniques will not work with me.  She cannot claim what "most breeders do" because she 1) has not surveyed all breeders; 2) is not a part of the industry and 3.) tends to make up her own rules to benefit herself.  If she continues with her little smear campaign of now doubting if her pup is purebred as a way to make me cave into her demands, she has picked the wrong person to mess with. She needs to learn that bullying is not acceptable; threatening is not acceptable, and you get further when you ask for a favor instead of demanding it.   I will make ABSOLUTELY NO accommodations for her!!!!!!!
