It is a one man operation and seems like the guy doesn't know what he is doingI contracted him to replace one of my Heating & Cooling unitHe took almost days to finish just this one itemHe connected the other unit's compressor to this new unit and then spent a day to find out why the new unit is not working properly
Contract included service of the unit after a yearGuy has not shown up for the last months even after repeated requests Never showed up on the appointed time and dates
