I RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM JHENNEIFFER STATING THAT I HAD GIVEN ONE OF MY CLIENTS HER TELEPHONE NUMBER. I WISH SHE WOULD HAVE CONFIDED IN ME BEFORE SHE FILED THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE OR WILL GIVE OUT CLIENT INFORMATION. THERE IS A...

MAJOR CONFUSION ON THIS MATTER. I DID CALL JHENNEIFFER MY MISTAKE I WAS TRYING TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT WITH BLANCA WHO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CASE. WHOM ICALLED IBY MISTAKE. I NEVER GAVE OUT A NAME OR NUMBER BECAUSE IN MY BELIEF THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ETHCAL. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE SHE ACQUIRED THIS NUMBER. I DID NOT HAVE CALLER ID ON MY TELEPHONE AND THEREFORE SHE COULD NOT ACQUIRE THIS NUMBER. NOW WHY THIS PERSON TOOK ONE WEEK TO NOTIFY OF THE PROBLEM WITH HER CAR I DO NOT KNOW ME. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH GIVING OUT A NUMER AND NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT. I DO NOT HAVE HER TELEPHONE NUMBER OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. THE AMOUNT CHARGED COMES IN ON MY ACCOUNT AS A DOLLAR AMOUNT ONLY AND NO OTHER INFORMATION. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THEY HAVE TO WORK AMONG EACH OTHER. I DO REQUEST THAT YOU IGNORE HER COMPLAINT BECAUSE I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU.

I did contact her multiple times. To speak to her regarding this. I even left a voice mail and never got a response. If she did not have my phone number, how is it that she called me back "by accident", since I did not provide my # to her when I walked in since I called to walk in. Also if she doesn't have caller ID how is it that when her phone rang at the business, she kept looking at the phone, then ignoring the calls coming in. I don't have my phone number advertised on my vehicle so my # was acquired "magically". It is preposterous to think that the business will not own up. I'm sure she had redial feature on her phone and could've called to apologize. Or something. At this point it doesn't seem she will acknowledge any fault but I do respectfully request Revdex.com to NOT ignore this complaint.
Also it seems to me she does not understand one of her patrons harassed me accusing me of hit and run. I never said my car was hit. I have nor received any more calls from complainant.
