I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11751771, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was no middle ground between accept/reject. So, I had to click on reject, but it is really in between. Bottom line, I will alter the reviews when the agreed upon fixes are accomplished, not before. Obviously, vehicles have to be parked on lawns for this type of service. I've had to drive my vehicle onto a lawn a time or to wherever I've lived for a multitude of reasons. Did I leave tire marks sometimes? Sure, but not ones that gouge holes in my lawn that are deep enough and disfigure the lawn enough that I can't even mow over them, instead having to mow around them. Yes, it rained...not only rained, it down-poured making conditions ripe for this type of damage. I opine that customers will be more tolerant of the job not getting done given the weather conditions as opposed to their lawn being damaged.
