that if I have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact meI did at 346-0110, and all I got was an answering machine.*** stated that I was very vague about the cost of the repair, and I threw out lots of dollarsnumbers etcetcFirst of all, that is totally wrongHe wanted to know if there was any way I could repair the unit without replacing it, since he was trying to sell the homeI informed him that those boards are no longer available on some of the board's models, but I would do my best to try and repair it without replacementHe was excited about thatHe asked me how much my service call was, and I told him $per trip call, and we would most likely have to take the unit in to bench check it to see if it could be repairedIt would be another $to come back and reinstall the unit$per service call including the mileage and travel time also, for electronic technicians is the cheapest in townIf he checks around town, you would find out that most other tech's charge $plus for only the first 15minutes on their callsI also informed him that I would most likely have to send the unit into Cincinnati to get it repaired, because the boards are not available, but we would do our best to repair the whole unit hereAt that same time I told him that if I had to do that, it would cost a MINIMUM of $plus shipping each way, which is about $- $each way with handlingI also told him it would take at least -plus weeks if we sent it in, He was very willing for me to see if we could repair the unit here so he didn't have the extra expenseThe major thing here is he had a completely dead unitHis transformer was so hot; it was surprising it did not start a fire, which I told him also, and he felt itI removed the unit, and took it back to the office for a bench checkI told him I was going to repair the power supply unit, but actually gave him a new one which we stole from another new board unit we had at the shop at no extra chargeI still have his old burnt up one here!! I l t (And that was at no extra charge!!!) At the same time, if you look at the invoice, we found out that the controller board had another big problem, and we repaired it in that same $total cost to keep his price downThe cost of a black market controller board alone is $plus, if you can find them!!!!!He was totally excited and happy, when I got back from working out of town, and brought the unit back and reinstalled everythingHe did not mention dissatisfaction of any kindHe then asked me if we take credit cards, and I told him no, because we were having to charge the customers 3-5% on the cardscharges, and most customers were more unhappy with that charge, and would pay by checkHe then asked if he paid cash, would I knock off the taxI told him "NO" because the ticket was already rung up with tax, and I have been in business for close to years, and I will not do thatThat is when I notice a change in attitudeHe told me " *** ***", you can do whatever you wantI then changed theconversation at THAT TIME because he was acting weird, and I asked how long his house on the market wasHe told me I said months, and he said, "NO YEARS"I really think he was frustrated about that, and was trying to take it out on usI don't know!!!!When I left, he wrote me a check, and I left, and that was it, and that is why I am so surprised with this complaintHe NEVER MENTIONED A COMPLAINT PROBLEM.We have been in business for almost years, and have worked all the way into Colorado, and have not had any other complaints yet.If you have any more questions, or need any more answers, please contact me personally at any time.*** There is absolutely no reason we should refund any $$$$$ of an already reduce price!!!! I am rejecting this response because:The response from Krazy Estates is incorrect.  The representative of the company never mentioned a service call charge to me and that is my major compliant.  He may think he told me of a service charge and he probably thinks he remembers telling me about it but that is absolutely incorrect.  It is obvious that I dealt with an unethical business for the simple reason that he did not disclose all of his charges to me.  He may think he is the best and cheapest electronic technician in Albuquerque but I would advise future customers of this business to beware and to seek services from Krazy Estates competitors.
