Hello , please I m checking back to the complain I laid ,if the dealership had replied .and what will be the next step if they are holding back to reply.they could be doing it on purpose not want to reply

Business called They have resolved the issues with the consumer The consumer was allowed to return the Mercedes they purchased originally, and trade it for a Saab
Consumer was satisfied at that point

they also tried to send emails to me but they would not go through
