Contacted Buyer on Dec29th and asked if she received package - her response was:Dec 29, 3:14pm"Yes, sorry, slammed here at work today I will get back with you tomorrow."We then spoke briefly about another concho option and I asked her what she thought of the hide her response was:Dec 29, 3:52pm"The hide I actually like I kind of want it mixed and my daughter likes as is...beading around the edges on the breast collar is out of alignment in several places and is down too far on one end so one of the bling pieces won't screw all the way in I want to talk to her about what she wants to do with it again before I send it back."To which then my response was: ( offered to fix anything needed etc.)Dec 29, 4:14pmOk send me pics of the beading where it's off and the one Concho I think needed a shorter screwlet me know ..KB Custom KreationsSent by [redacted] ***Dec 29, 4:15pmThose spots are set one by one so of course no place is ever perfect even crown wow some of there's are wayyyy off but I have a guide on my machine just send me pics and stuff and we'll fix it [redacted] then said "OK it was delivered late Frinight" ( ONE day late ) Nearly months went by before another message was received as of Dec .29th I thought she was sending this back and we were re-doing the set for her in the way she was supposed to explain to me but NEVER didFrom Dec29th to Feb10th NO messages were sent from either partyMy policy states ALL items must be returned back within days for repairs etc On Feb10th I received the following messages :" [redacted] ***Feb 10th, 12:22pmHello, I went ahead and had someone locally fix the items on the set As you know, the Christmas deadline wasn't met and the set wasn't built as I requested (but I do like it), am I to get a refund or?? [redacted] ***Feb 11th, 10:15amWhat I think is fair is either $refund or equal value in tack I do like this halter,,,what is the price on it? What else do you have in stock or suggest?"To which I replied :"Feb 11th, 10:44amThis needed to be taken care of within days as stated in my policies since you chose to keep the tack and say you like it I did offer the halter at first for being delayed but you never responded and let me know what was going on if you were keeping it or sending back to have redone let me do some thinking and talk to some maker friends and see what's fair however no refund will be givenUnder my about me section everything is stated."I then later agreed to make a halter for her that she requested (against my better judgement)I told her it would have to go in rotation of my regular ordersI had kept in contact w/ the customer since these messagesI received several threatening messages, threatening to contact a lawyer etc In my opinion she kept the orignial set, didn't contact me for nearly months after I more then happily was willing to resolve any issues immediately, I am not sure what responsibility it is of mine when customer agreed she was HAPPY with the item times, but still wants a refund just because it was ONE day late ?!? I do not do refunds, however as per my message of May am still willing to make the halter we agreed upon once I am completed with my regular orders that are due out from that time frame ( Feb-March ) I work on a 10/week Custom order turnaround here...I do have screen shots of the [redacted] conversation for any interested partiesI feel this complaint is invalid and unfair, as I have tried to resolve this matter amicably, even though I feel it's not right
