KB Financial Solutions has been in business for over years and all of their business is referral we try to make sure all our customers are happy and do what is best for the customers interest but also for the protect of KB Financial Solutions In saying this [redacted] signed up with KB Financial Solutions on November 7, not on October 9, In which all necessary action was done to this file and was completed on November 7, the day KB Financial Solutions received all documents from [redacted] On November 27, KB Financial Solutions received reports in the mail from her and KB Financial Solutions went over the reports and took action on the file on November 27, KB financial Solutions also took action on the file on January 21, 2015, March 18, and May 1, All of these dates are documented in the file [redacted] contacted KB Financial Solutions on April 28th, and was asking for her money back and that she wanted KB Financial Solutions to stop doing anything to her file KB Financial Solutions let her know that the contract is for a year (months, which is stated in the contract #of terms and conditions, KB Financial Solutions has attached the terms and conditions to this file) KB Financial Solutions told her that if she does complete out the year of her contract and KB Financial Solutions at the end of the year does not provide what was agreed in the contract then KB Financial Solutions will return her money but if she is wanting KB Financial Solutions to stop everything that is going on with her file months into her contract then KB Financial Solutions does not have to do a refund (which is stated in the contract #under terms and conditions) So then [redacted] had asked KB Financial Solutions to email her reports showing what has happened in regards to her file KB Financial Solutions was having some internet problems and emails were not going out but once the repair guy came out and everything was fixed KB Financial Solutions was able to successfully able to send email to all of their clientsKB Financial Solutions scanned the documents that [redacted] was requesting and email them to her at [redacted] [redacted] kept saying that she never received them and she need KB Financial Solutions to send them again So KB Financial Solutions sent them to her again [redacted] then responded and said she never received them so KB Financial Solutions told [redacted] to check her spam folder [redacted] said she never received them there either, she then gave KB Financial Solutions her sister email and wanted KB Financial Solutions to send them to her sister but due to law and protection of our clients we can not send anything to anyone else's email [redacted] did list her email address on the contract but if they don't list the email address on the contract when they fill it out then we are not allowed to send sensitive documents to them we can only send the documents through the mail, but if clients have moved or have changed their address they will need to provide proof of the address changes so KB Financial Solutions makes sure that it gets into their clients hands and not someone else Just another thing that KB Financial Solutions does to protect their clients The reason that KB Financial Solutions did not mail out [redacted] documents is because she had changed her address and did not notify KB Financial Solutions of the new address, so KB Financial Solutions is not able to send them to her until we received something from her with the proof of address that has her name on it (electric bill, phone bill, gas bill, or water bill) Anytime any client moves they have to provide new utility bills (electric bill, phone bill, gas bill, or water bill) with their name and new address on it, if they don't provide it then they will not received the documents they are waiting on due to protecting the client and since she has moved and not provide these items doesn't mean that KB Financial Solutions stops what they are doing they continue to do the work that is promised it is just that the clients want get the documents in the mail that they are waiting on It is stated in the contract that if your address or phone number changes to let KB Financial Solutions know while you are under contract KB Financial Solutions has an amazing reputation has turned so many peoples live around for the good KB Financial Solutions bends over backwards for their clients and makes sure they are getting what they are asking for The thing is their is always going to be someone out there who is not happy no matter what you do for them and that is this case, that is what this world has come to But with being in business for over years and only people who have ever had a problem with KB Financial Solutions with the thousands and thousands of clients KB Financial Solutions have help and have changed their life for their family is a win KB Financial Solutions will keep continuing helping the thousand and thousand and thousands more clients and making sure that they are all happy Like KB Financial Solutions said before all of their business is referral in which [redacted] was referred by a very happy customer [redacted] was very respectful and polite at the beginning but then she would call she was yelling, cussing and telling KB Financial Solutions that they were not doing their job [redacted] worked with [redacted] through out this process but not once did Mrs [redacted] disrespect, talk down or cuss at [redacted] (which is what [redacted] put in her complaint) all of KB Financial Solutions calls are recorded and monitored [redacted] has been a great employee with KB Financial Solutions for years and has won employee of the year every year [redacted] is very passionate and caring about her job and her clients.KB Financial Solutions always makes sure that their number one priority is taking care of their clients as what we have been doing for over years We want to make sure that all of KB Financial Solutions clients are happy with the services provided

Kb Financial Solutions contract is fora year and since the year is not up there will be no refund.  If KB Financial Solituons does not improve credit profile within a year from the time the customer signed up then KB Financial Solutions will resolve the matter but it has to be a full 12 months.
