Response from KB Handyman was not forthcomingBoth my self and my tenant *** *** instructed *** *** to take the roof repair all the way across the bottom portion of the roof, and advised him that the leak would not be fixed as a resultHe only took the repair half way across the roof and it caused the leak to migrate to the part of the roof that he didn't repair, even though he was asked toI am still requesting that I be reimbursed for the $1,that I had to pay the next handyman to complete the jobThank you

The business response to my complaint is unsatisfactoryIt doesn't make sense that I would agree for KB Handyman to only repair half of the roof and that I was aware of the possibility of additional leaksMy goal when I hired KB Handyman was to fix the roof permantly and not temporarilyI did not agree to repair only the part of the roof that was leakingKB Handyman was to take the repair all of the way across the bottom portion of the roof like he explained that he was going to do, but did not do soHe even tried to come back afterwards and charge me to complete the repair as if it were a new jobIf KB Handyman does not offer some monetary compensation, I would like that my complaint is posted so that other customers will not have the same experienceThanks
