I finally received the right plaque that I ordered, that is all I ever wantedThan you for helping me with this problem with KB PhotoMax I will not be using them ever again

This consumer has no grounds for a complaint. I am sorry, I feel the entire display of slander doesn't even warrant a response. It is true there was an error in processing her order and the product shereceived originally had an incorrect logo, however the photos were accurate and...

pleasing. Upon notification of this error (days before christmas) she was informed of an approximate time frame to resolve the printing error. At that time my lab is closed for the holidays through the 4ths of January. She became very irate with that answer and further spoke in irrational and abusive manners on the telephone. At that time she was informed that the conversation was to be ended and I disconnected the call. When the replacement product arrived, I contacted her in order to exchange the defective product for the corrected one. Again she became irate and abusive on the telephone and insisted that she not have to return the original product and that I must deliver the replacement. It became apparent that she wants to take advantage of our business and keep double the product. So, in order to maintain peace, so I thought, I personally delivered the replacement to her house and handed it to a man. Her order was fulfilled and we maintained a professional interaction with the customer in spite of the non-professional approach. For her to file a complaint with the Revdex.com would typically be expected if we are not fulfilling our obligations as a business. Since that is not the case and the "complaint" came after reaching a complete resolution, again I suggest that correspondence is unwarranted.The original plaque was never mailed by the way either. And after having seen the state in which this "customer" lives, I was actually worried about my safety at the time of delivery. I have been in business for over 20 years and have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com that held any ground nor have I handled a customer compaint in a manner that was unprofessional, rude or threatening.Thank you for your time. Review: my Son played flag football over the summer thru The YMCA they took the kids pictures with the kb photo max people. I ordered a plaque the plaque was wrong it had a soccer ball on it & my Son was playing flag football. So I called the photo max people talked to a nice lady who told me it was their fault they put the wrong picture of the soccer ball, to keep the wrong plaque that they would send me the right plaque with no fees. I never received any thing so I called photo max back around Christmas time to see what was up why I never got the right plaque. I spoke with a very rude man who told me my plaque was fine & I didn't need a new plaque, also said I could not talk to anyone else that he was in charge! He ended up hanging up on me I called right back to make sure it wasn't an accident & no one would answer after that. I have called back & only got an answering machine left a couple message no one ever called back. I have emailed them 3 times finally I get a reply yesterday that said he made my new plaque & I need to meet him some where to get my new plaque? I thought that was kind of weird they sent the plaque in the mail the 1st time & I gave the lady my address a second time for the new plaque don't no why he would need to meet me some where this just sounds fishy? I do not want to meet him any where he was very rude on the phone & I don't want to get killed or have him do something to me over this damn plaque. He can send it in the mail like the other plaque.Desired Settlement: I just want the right plaque I already paid for. This is ridiculous I have to wait so long for the right thing I think KB Photo Max is a terribly ran business. I hope you can help me
