K & B remodeled our bathroom years ago - besides some customer services issues which I addressed when it happened (workers dropped equipment & damaged areas of the new bathroom and didn't report, tried to cover up)Only admitted to it when I brought in the boss and made a stink! We are currently in the process of selling our house and the home inspection came back the our toilet was NOT properly installed which has caused damage to our bathroom floor, which will need to be repaired, by pulling out the tile flooring! TOILET NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY?!?! Is that a diamond star company, really?! Also was told our shower drain pipe was installed at an slant - which they have never seen before Basically we are hearing they took lots of short cutsWhen working with K & B Remodeling, we got the feeling we were little fish in the big pond Many references to other jobs in Burlingame - which made us feel like we were not important We paid A LOT of money to get a nice up to code bathroom to find out years later they did a bad job (taking short cuts) NOT HAPPY AT ALL and want to make sure this is reported so it this company isn't being reported as a diamond rated company
