Review: I purchased a custom order for a Floor Lamp on April 7, 2014 via e-mail and received confirmation from the representative that the order was placed. I followed up after the 6 weeks which was when this order was supposed to ship. The representative stated my order is estimated to ship on June 2nd. After June 2nd I contacted the company via phone and they told me the order is ready to ship and that I would receive an e-mail confirming shipment. After a few days I did not receive an e-mail and I contacted the store once again. There was no answer and I left messages over the course of a week. I also followed up with e-mails to which none were responded to. The website posted a note saying they are not processing orders at this time. I did an internet search to see if anyone had more information and found several websites which stated the company had gone out of business. No one had even contacted me letting me know the status of my order and my item was paid for in full. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and Posh Tots responded to the company stating custom orders are none refundable. Now I am out $243 and I have no lamp and no information on whether or not this order is actually going to go through. They have terrible business practices. I don't understand how a non refund policy would even apply when the item was never received!! How can they have a policy of taking customer's money and not providing a product. My fear is that they will continue to state the order is being processed and I will never receive anything. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for this product. I have already paid off the credit card balance so a check would be sufficient.

Review: I ordered nine Bird houses (which cost me $800) to put in my yard and they molded and rotted about 35 days after they were installed. I have contacted [redacted] who is in customer service with three emails and one phone call with no response. I am now stuck with a LOT of really bad product that I will have to through out. They have refused to give me back my money and have refused to replace the product. I have pictures of all the molded bird houses (which I sent to them first) which I will be glad to share with anyone who is interested. This gives a very bad name for online business's. Buyer beware...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or new items sent that I can then take to a cabinet shop and have polyurethaned so they can be put outside.
