Please refer to your file # ***, I forwarded the complaint to the supplier/company on the same date when I received your letterI got their response in today's mail, In which they told me that they market the product after the vigorous
scrutiny by their quality control departmentThey have never got any complaint in the past years when they introduced this lineHowever, they agreed that if they find any manufacturing defect,
they will definitely replace it with new oneThey also wanted to look into product, if you contact your complainant to drop the product to us with his written complaint, so that I can send it to the company***KBF

To be clear, the business owner of KBF is stating that I am to drop off the damaged product with him as well as a written explanation as to what happened with the product, and he will be in contact with the original supplier on my behalf in an attempt to get them replaced?
My question is why the supposed warranty on the pants is not covering the replacement of the damaged product? I have already reached out to a representative from med couture who stated that all products sold by their company are covered for such events
If the owner of KBF is now willing to work with m.cI am willing to bring him the pants and an explanation as to the flaw they hadHowever, I do not see this as resolving the issue as if he sends the product to m.cand they refuse the return I have still been sold a damaged product by KBF and was refused a return within the time allowed me for a purchase made over 25$ within Minnesota

This refer to your 2nd letter on the subjectWe represent companies as a retailer, each company has their own rules for warranties & disputesSince the company in question never got any complaint regarding their product and neither usThe need to determine whether the product has any manufacturing defect land or misuse/abuse of the product
We would again suggest that we should send this piece back to the manufacture for solutionWe are not able to decide on our ownThank you
